We realize that our generation is super talented.

The future is not just a time "later" - it is something that needs to be thought about, built and created NOW.

We are a generation capable of creating beauty out of ruins, capable of learning faster than bullets, capable of believing stronger than steel. We regularly see this when we create projects and participate in youth meetings.

We invite you to explore, learn, discover, and build friendships together. For the sake of the world we will hold together with you.

FIOH Team

I am a student at UKEN, Faculty of Management of Education and Non-Governmental Organization.

I'm a tutor at the Jedność (Unity) Foundation, and I love working with teenagers. I also love working with words, writing poetry and prose.

My dream is to build a school of the future. A school that grows happy people. I dream of a new system that teaches children to be free, happy, and follow their dreams.

For me, FIOH is a path to dreams hand in hand with friends. Our projects are bricks of the future that bring a new world closer in small steps.

Daria Shcherbatyuk 19 years old

My passion is management and languages. That's why I'm studying Modern Business Management in English.

I like to take part in various programs for young leaders. It is a good opportunity to get to know interesting people and gain practical knowledge.

My dream is to gather talented and motivated young people to create a common future together.

FIOH is an opportunity to put a brick in the foundation of our future by building on the power of friendship.

Anton Slesarenko 19 years old

I study at the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of International Relations.

I am a tutor for teenagers at the “Flight” School at the Jedność (Unity) Foundation, and the light in their eyes is my hope.

I am also a dreamer. I dream of creating a social system in which everyone will be happy, which means they will do what they love and bring value to society. My dream is to one day walk down the street and see smiles and joy, not gray and sadness.

What does FIOH mean to me?

For me, FIOH is a constant search for meanings next to each other in order to share our findings with the world. My team and I create projects to unite thinking young people to create the future.

Maria Nestiurina 19 years old

I am a student at UKEN, Faculty of Management of Education and Non-Governmental Organization.

I am grateful and happy to have the role of a tutor for teenagers at the Ednannia Foundation.

I dream of raising myself to be a conscious, honest, kind person.

I dream that our generation will become intelligent.

I dream that we, the FIOH team, will be able to help children become mature in order to build a happy future. I dream of becoming a worthy teacher and helping children to grow the dignity of their personalities, to pursue a good dream.

Maria Shynkovenko 19 years old

I am a student at Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych "Cosinus" w Krakowie.

For me, creativity is more than a hobby - it's a way of life: poetry, fine arts... and when theater came into my life, I fell in love. Now I realize it's forever)

My dream is that theater will become a tool for educating society, that it will awaken the human inside each of us. What is FIOH for me?

FIOH is about Friendship, for the sake of which every day I am ready to fight my own weakness and choose my dream. It is about improving every facet of your soul and the freedom to be yourself.

Maria Onofriichuk 16 years old

I am studying Project Management at UEK.

I love hiking and skiing.

I dream of creating a new Renaissance.

I believe that my place in the future is as a businessman who serves teachers and is a patron of the arts.

For me, FIOH is about finding like-minded people - young people of different backgrounds - to build the future together.
