Opening a boarding school is the strategic goal of the UNITY Foundation (Kraków, Poland) for 2024-2025. All the current projects presented on this site are preparatory stages for achieving this main goal.

APPEAL of the team

As of 2024, there are more than 500,000 schoolchildren in Europe affected by the war.

These children have lost not only their homes, but also their friends, their environment, and their normal lives. They are often still outside the education system. There are more than 12,000 such children from Ukraine in the Małopolska Voivodeship of Poland only.

For us, teachers, it is obvious that education is a bridge that can help humanity get out of the blind corner and start moving towards another future.

The new generation of responsible people can save the world, save it from the systemic crisis that has engulfed it.

But is there any place that sets itself the goal of educating a new generation for the sake of peace and prosperity on the Earth?

We, the teachers of the UNITY Foundation, are launching a worldwide call to create a boarding school which educates children who can create a different future!

Goals of the boarding school

Provide normal living and learning conditions for children affected by the war in Ukraine.

To create an educational environment in the boarding school that brings up happy children who think systematically, seek their destiny and want to act for the good of the world.

To become a training platform for educational institutions of Europe and the world to transfer the concept of holistic education.

Boarding school

Planning a bright path to the full development of the younger generation, we must create a unique learning environment - a boarding school.

Accommodation of children on a full board basis.
Education 5 days a week in accordance with the home schooling program in Poland and the Ministry of Education of Ukraine
Education includes classes for the formation of a holistic worldview.
The teaching staff lives in the boarding school.
Offline events for teachers of European educational institutions.
Offline events to share the concept of holistic education with teachers.
Online platform for distance learning for children.
Invited experts conduct courses and temporarily live on campus.

Stages of the launch of the project

It is necessary to build the school right now, when many talented children are homeless.

We believe that together we can make a strong decision - to unite for the sake of children in order to take responsibility for the future.

2023/2024

Legal and financial consultations. Creating social connections. Formation of small community groups. Conducting educational programs (30% of the full educational process).

2024/2025

Implementation of the educational process (50% of the full educational process) without accommodation for 60 children.

Conducting a training course for teachers and educators. Formation of a teaching team.

Searching for a building for the boarding school and preparing for the accommodation.

Opening of the boarding school for 40 Ukrainian children in the Małopolska Voivodeship in offline mode.

2025/2026

Opening of the boarding school for 100 children in the Małopolska Voivodeship offline and opening of the online platform for 100 children located in Ukraine and Europe.

Festival "Education of the Future".

2026/2027

Admission of children from Poland and Europe to the boarding school. Expansion of the boarding school up to 150 children.

2027/2028

Opening a study platform for educational institutions of Europe and the world
