Classes for adults
Currently, the Jedność (Unity) Foundation has more than 10 projects for adults! These are classes to help and develop your body (yoga and pilates), to relieve psychological stress and refresh your mind (women's circle, resource club, neurography, transformational games), for creativity and joy (Ukrainian embroidery classes, art breakfasts, master classes for adults). The foundation also offers adults the opportunity to learn Polish and join in the reading of the best works of European literature. How does it work? Watch.
