Poetry came to life! Not on the pages of textbooks, but here—in the voices of children, in their laughter, in their pauses, and even in their mistakes. The poems of the Ukrainian Sixties generation unfolded in the most unexpected ways, sprouting bold improvisations. Behind this lively sound is the director of the evening, Maria Trepikova. Five months before the event, she worked with the young people's inner limitations: she taught them to make mistakes on stage and not be afraid of them, to experiment, to hold their opinions, to feel their bodies, their voices. And it was thanks to this that each of the young people sounded as if they had just given birth to these words. And perhaps this is how poetry should live — freely, honestly, truly.
