Our worthes

We are the Unity team - a group of specialists engaged in organizing educational, training and cultural events for children and their parents.

The main goal of our work is to unite people of different cultures and worldviews in order to raise decent, talented and experienced children.

Regardless of their nationality, we try to do what we call "giving children wings" to fly freely in the future.

We believe in the power of education and its ability to shape a future where every child has the opportunity to develop their potential to change the world for the better.

The founders of NGO UNITY

Olena Koltunovych and Olena Postolnyk

Based on its experience in Ukraine, the team successfully implements both long-term and one-time educational projects at the city and national levels.

The team’s teachers continue to conduct educational classes with children in their native language, covering topics of humanity, practical philosophy, rhetoric, theater, literature, and history.

The goal of these classes is to expand children’s consciousness and build their dignity, regardless of difficulties and unfavorable external circumstances.

TEAM MEMBERS

The founder and chairwoman of the board of the Jedność (Unity) Foundation, financial director, manager, psychologist, manages the premises, communicates with foundations and government agencies, partners, works with legal documents, and is a project coordinator.

Olena Postolnyk

The founder and chairwoman of the board of the Jedność (Unity) Foundation, manager of educational projects, methodologist of educational and cultural programs, teacher, psychologist, philosopher, and organizes analytical and research work of educational projects.

Olena Koltunovych

Head of Fundraising, translator, responsible for analyzing and writing grant applications, teacher of Ukrainian language and literature, tutor-teacher of educational programs.

Vitalina Petrova

Head of Marketing, content manager, teacher of mathematics, rhetoric and theater and educational program curator.

Svitlana Kelbukova

Project administrator, copywriter, marketing course instructor, responsible for technical security of projects, project coordinator.

Kateryna Masiuk

Manager of the Unity Unites program, tutor, lecturer, psychology course facilitator for women, educational program curator and creative workshop instructor.
